  • Hello, I am a Wedding and Lifestyle Photographer based in Fourways, Johannesburg.

Photography is part of my soul and my camera is an extension of my heart.  I pride myself on being personable and capturing unique stories and moments with every wedding shoot.

A little bit about my background: I grew up in the rural Transkei, Eastern Cape. My family then later moved to Kimberley. After school I studied for my diploma in hospitality management at the Central University of Technology in Bloemfontein. I then went off to work as a trainee chef at one of the top ten restaurants in South Africa.  I then moved to Cape town and worked as a duty manager at a five star hotel in Constantia.  Although I loved the hospitality industry something was always missing – passion.

Through all this I found the perfect most genuine, supportive, loving man and married him in 2012.

I remember when I was young girl I would sit for hours going through my grand parents albums and slides.  I was fascinated with the story that each photograph told, the expressions on my grandparents faces on their wedding day.  I was captivated by the mystery these old images portrayed. Later in life I found myself looking at photographs to remember a memory that I had long forgotten.  It is crazy how much of life a person actually forgets.  Through creating these memories myself with my own camera I realised my passion.  No it is not photography but to preserve memories for other people that are forgotten in time.  In 2011 with some little encouragement from my loved ones I enrolled to achieve my International Diploma in Photography – and I have not looked back since.
